Hello, Nice to meet you. I am glad to see that I have sparked your interest enough to click this link and try to find out more about our modern aircooled engines. Please note that you have reached our engine division and that no individual parts information is available within this contact us link.

Please look over the pages on our site and www.type4store.com  extensively before emailing us with questions if possible. I have put literally thousands of hours into these sites and have created them to answer many of your questions. Our dedicated online forums (registration required) http://forums.aircooledtechnology.com are there to help you;  are also a great place to learn about us and what we do as well. There you can talk with others all over the world that we have pleased and intrigued with our products and services. This creates a huge network of educated customers that know what they want! This educated customer base is what we really wish for because it helps all involved.

FOR ALL PARTS QUESTIONS please see our forums or email parts@aircooledtechnology.com. Emails that are sent to an incorrect department will not be answered in a timely manner as they must be redirected by us- and we are VERY busy creating engines.

I do not sit behind a desk here as I design and create engines as a primary objective, so please understand that I will respond to your email as soon as it’s convenient. I believe in giving the customer that is already in process with us my undivided attention and that may mean it could take a day or two for me to answer your email or contact us form- IT WILL BE ANSWERED!!!!! Not many companies such as mine, if any will allow you to speak to the owner directly, so please treat this with the respect and patience that it deserves.

At Raby's Aircooled Technology, we believe in maintaining a good line of communication between the customer and the person responsible for creating the custom engine. After all this engine is being assembled specifically for you, your car and what YOU want it to do- so it only seems fit for us to treat you like this from the very beginning. Here, you will never be forced to talk to someone that is less than knowledgeable about our engines or services. We build a wide variety of engines for many applications, so broad questions are VERY difficult for us to answer because nothing we create is generic or universal.

 We do not have any set prices for our engines, as many factors go into determining each configuration. Please note that Telephone is considered the LEAST EFFECTIVE means of attaining information from my company! This is primarily due to the fact that we do not have a staff dedicated to telephone sales or tech support. Most phone calls that are received are routed to my Father, Harry to answer, take messages and pass them along to the particular departments where they belong. When calling RAT please understand that our members all work on a call back basis, so don't expect to speak to me or any member of my team initially. We will take your message and your call will be returned in 48 hours or less.

Although prices can vastly differ from one build to another, If you email us wanting a price, (even a ballpark price) chances are that I will recommend that we set up a phone appointment directly with myself so that I may discuss your options and to further ensure that you are fitted with the proper engine combination. These phone appointments are only scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 7PM EST- 1 AM EST. During this conversation I WILL give you a ballpark price and delivery date for the engine that I feel you are best suited with. I will only do this during this conversation and not before because I want to communicate this with you 100% clearly and let you know what’s included.

When a customer schedules a phone conversation with me they will be able to speak directly about their engine for a 30 minute time period, if the customer decides to go further and we start an ordering process then the customer will be given the next steps in becoming a member of my wait list in a follow up email.  Feel free to email us with any other questions pertaining to our services our engines directly, we will reply to each and every email as soon as possible. To ensure the highest level of service, we do ask that you follow a few simple guidelines when contacting Raby's Aircooled Technology:

 If calling directly, you will more than likely have to speak to our answering machine,or to my Dad, Harry who will take your message and get it where it belongs (telephone is the least effective method of contacting us) since we have to devote our time primarily to delivering on promised goods and have strict timetables we follow and telephone conversations break our concentration. Phone conversations are also much more time consuming and vague than an email when dealing with a highly detailed unit such as a complete engine.

 For more in-depth engine specific questions FOR AN ENGINE YOU WISH TO PURCHASE FROM US, it is best to fill out my form below to schedule a time where we can devote a solid chunk of time for discussing engine specifics such as pricing, combinations, and availability as discussed above, best of all, the phone call is on our dollar! Although we are a very small company, we answer every phone call possible, every email that ends up in our inbox and do so personally with the highest level of service and professionalism. If you leave us a voice mail on the shop phone it will be returned, but it may take a few days depending upon the amount of calls we received.

Walk in visitors:

Please note that we are no longer a walk in establishment. We are not open
to the general public for visits or tours of our facility. Recently we were
classified as an engine manufacturing facility by our insurance company and
due to this and their stringent guidelines we chose to close to the public
instead of modifying our facility to allow for visitors. This also means
that all engines must be shipped in and out of our facility, and even those
who are local to us can only drop off or pick up their engine.
