Unfortunately, I did not have Jake rebuild my 914 engine. But he did answer many questions and did his very best to help me repair my 1.8. A short time later, Jake posted a "good used" 2.0 liter longblock for sale. Relying on Jake's reputation for honesty and integrity, I snapped it up. I'm a good customer, but I can also complain when things aren't right. In this case, Jake did exactly what he said he'd do; my expectations were met fully. He IS honest, and a high integrity business person. I'll do business with Jake again in the future without any hesitation. Next time, I hope he can build one for me.
