Thank you very much for time, dedication, and quality you put into Raby’s Aircooled Technology product. I am very impressed with the dedication to detail in your product. I purchased a 2007cc Type I engine from you to power my 1966 VW Beetle sedan, by far it is the highest quality VW engine I have seen, worked with, and driven. VW’ s are my hobby and I would have built the engine myself, however, do to a lack of time I had to contract the engine to someone else. I spent a few months searching for an engine builder that was a perfectionist, like I am. I wanted someone who would build the engine as if it were going in his or her own VW. When I found Aircooled Tech., I knew quickly that I had found the company I wanted to build my engine. Our first conversations during the development process I appreciated the time you took to answer every question.
At one point in time I had you explain dynamically balancing, you stated
that when I started the engine I would think that I started a Ferrari; did I
ever!!
The first time I started the engine I felt like a kid getting my first
Star Wars figure, it was great!!
The engine fired up on the first try and purred…growled like
mountain lion.
A smile grew from ear to ear, and I couldn’t wait to take it for a
spin.
After a few more adjustments to the car, I was off.
I pulled out of the driveway and eased down the street, turned the corner
and gave it a little gas.
Immediately I was put into the seat, and I was only pushing the throttle
a quarter of the way!
Love at first sound, dedicated love at first spin.
I do and will highly recommend Aircooled Technology to anyone looking for a VW/ Porsche engine builder. I have sent a few people your way already, as I know word of mouth advertising by far gives the greatest return. Throughout the process I felt as though you treated me like I was your only customer, while I knew you were over your head in projects. Jake, again I want to express my gratitude for your dedication to my engine and I look forward miles of service and fun from it. Thank you and may the Lord bless you with more and more success.
