DRD Racing Heads began in 1995 when we began producing Aircooled heads for customers. Prior to doing work for the general public, (the Proprietor of DRD), had extensive experience with head porting, auto mechanics, and performance engine building beginning in his early teen's. His mentors were his Grandfather (Master engine builder and machinist), and his Father (Automotive products and auto mechanics). DRD has over 20 years experience in Aircooled Specific cylinder head design and Aircooled engine building. Over the years, we have developed head & port designs that have have been proven repeatedly on the street, race track, and the dyno too! We will continue with ongoing R&D, specifically geared towards head design and engine combinations to advance the Air Cooled Powerplant to the next level!
