LN Engineering’s custom JE-made forged pistons are the best of their kind. Not only do they feature the low-friction slipper skirts, low weight, and a choice of high-silicon or high-strength forgings, but they are available with a variety of different crown designs and custom designed per each customer’s specific application. The “Ultra-quench” dish shape design as shown mimics the shape of the combustion chamber and is sized to allow the compression ratio you want while maintaining optimal ~.040” deck height for maximum quench. This results in a faster burn for better thermal efficiency, leading to better gas mileage, lower potential for detonation, and best of all, more power. Our forged JE Pistons are available with standard or offset wrist pins in 22mm and 24mm pins with pin heights specifically chosen for any given stroke and rod length in dish, dome, and flat top styles.
